Week 6, I Used to Be So Organized

by Melissa Taylor

Short and sweet for now.  I’m home for vacation, but my time is limited. We head back out of town today…we have tickets to attend a taping of  The X Factor and so we are taking advantage of that.  So for now, I’m going to post the first few days of study for this week and the memory verse.

But before I do that, let me give a GREAT BIG THANK YOU to Stephanie Clayton for leading us in Week 5! Complete with 2 give aways, Stephanie you did such a great job guiding us last week. Girl, I thank you and love you. And I really can’t wait to throw my arms around your sweet neck next week!!!!

Ok, y’all, are you ready for Week 6?

This week we will be dealing with 2 very applicable and timely issues:  paper clutter and technology.

To get us started:

Memory Verse:

“The wise woman builds her house, but with her own hands the foolish one tears hers down.”
Proverbs 14:1 NIV84

Each decision we make is a building block in our homes and lives. pg 153

Assignments:

Monday~Read Chapter 13, Overcoming Paper Clutter, make notes and highlight what’s important to you.

Monday~ Conference Call! Are you already dreading Monday? NOW you have a reason to smile? At 8 PM EST discover how to unlock the secrets to an organized life as well as the aspects of spiritual organization & discipline. Don’t miss an amazing message as Melissa Taylor interviews Angie Combs and Heather Bleier. And, all calls are recorded so you don’t have ANY excuse to miss out!Info on the conference call series can be found here. Join the fun, you will not regret it!

Further assignments will be posted when I have a little more time :)

Much love and big blessings!

Stephanie was such a blessing to all of us last week. So glad that you could share some family time at the beach and hope you had fun at the taping of X-Factor! Looking forward to another great week with my bible sisters. Love reading through the comments. I’ve learned so much and been blessed by each lady in this study.

And, grrrrreat start to the week:: Cant wait for the conference call tomorrow with Angie Combs and Heather Bleier!

I finally caught up in the book. While my son is playing baseball I have two hours all to myself. Well i have found out my filing system is all wrong and I need a bigger one to hold the papers I need and I need to go through them periodically to get rid of papers too. I need to invest in a good shredder as well. I am so grateful for this book. It has been a real eye opener for me and while just maybe expplain my negative attitude toward my family. Thanks again.
