Blog and Facebook Etiquette 101

If you have trouble viewing the vlog below, click the title of this post or click here.

I hope this helps clear up some questions and emails I’ve received lately about the purpose of the blog and Facebook.  It is my sincere prayer and hope that all who visit me here on my blog or on one of my Facebook pages would feel accepted, loved, and welcome.

Have a great day y’all!

Our Very Next Choice

Thank you so much to everyone who joined me for the Made to Crave Online Bible Study. I don’t think I can adequately express what you have meant to me. I am extremely grateful for your time, support, encouragement, and commitment to this study. Although I was leading you, I was also walking this journey with you. And it has been great! You all have encouraged me and your participation has been priceless!

The MTC study on this blog is indeed over. With that said, I am still striving to live my healthy choices and will refer to my new found Go-To Scripts, Power Words, and Scripture to continue to empower me to stay on track. I am praying for each of you that even though the study is over, your healthy choices will remain.

The main idea in Made to Crave is that we are to satisfy our deepest desire with God, not food. Just because the book/study is over here, doesn’t mean that changes. The best way to make sure that doesn’t change is to remain in God’s Word. There are opportunities on this blog to remain in God’s Word (by continuing in the Online Bible Studies) or you can continue on your own. Either way, I pray that you will keep implementing what you’ve learned. Don’t quit. Don’t give up. You have the power in you to succeed. Sing it sistas….”I GOT DA POWAHHHH!’

The last few lines of Made to Crave say this:

Whether we’re on the path toward victory or defeat is determined by the very next choice we make. Not the choices from yesterday. Not the choices from five minutes ago. (so don’t beat yourself up over those!)

The next choice. Our very next choice. May it be that of an overcomer. An overcomer made to crave God alone.

Do you feel like an overcomer made to crave God alone?  I do. And I’m going to keep choosing God. How about you?  What’s your next choice?

Exercise: Gotta Keep It Real

Short and Sweet Today.

I still don’t like to exercise. But I always feel better when I’m done.

I think I’d like it more if I had the luxury of time. I feel like I’m cramming it in.

I want a little variety.

Wal-Mart has some good selections for in home exercising videos for $10 and under.

Having an exercise ball is great. (although mine popped.)

Having a variety of weights is good too.

Enjoy today’s vlog.

Y’all have a great weekend!

***Check in tomorrow for a wrap up, high-lights, and closure to this MTC study. :(
